Engraved bracelets, keychains, custom-printed items and other personalised products are crafted specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please double-check spellings and customisation details before placing your order.
Standard products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
How to raise a request
Email vinitathakur284@gmail.com with your order number, issue description and photos/video. We respond within 24 hours.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI/bank transfer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun (usually within 12 hours of ordering).
