Timelines
- Standard products: dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Personalised / made-to-order products (engraved bracelets, keychains, custom prints): 2–3 additional working days for crafting before dispatch.
- Delivery: 4–7 working days for metro cities; 5–9 working days for other locations, after dispatch.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS as soon as your order ships.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most products. A small COD confirmation amount may be collected at checkout, adjusted against your order total.
Delays
During festive season (Raksha Bandhan, Diwali) or courier disruptions, delivery may take 2–3 additional days. We will keep you informed.
